At Dust Mite Allergy Solutions, we want you to feel comfortable and protected in our specialized apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the allergen-barrier garments you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items in their original anti-microbial packaging to ensure they remain free from household dust and allergens during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team verifies the integrity of the medical-grade fabric, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
